At Wondrous Crate, each gift box is thoughtfully curated and made to order with care. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Because our gift boxes include personal care items, consumables, and personalized components, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Personalized items
- Opened or used products
- Tea, honey, chocolate, soap, and lotion
- Gift boxes that have been opened or tampered with
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we absolutely want to make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
